Interview prep is broken.
And nobody's fixed the real thing.
Every candidate reads articles, watches YouTube, memorises bullet points. Then they sit in the interview — and freeze. Because reading about something and being able to explain it under pressure are completely different skills. Nobody is training the skill that actually matters.
"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough."
— Richard Feynman, Nobel Laureate in Physics
📚
Passive learning doesn't work
Flashcards, videos, and notes create the illusion of understanding. The interview exposes the truth — immediately.
🎭
Filler words destroy credibility
"Um", "basically", "sort of thing" — interviewers count these. Candidates don't even know they're doing it.
🎯
Generic prep misses the brief
A .NET/Angular/Azure SQL role needs completely different preparation to a .NET/React/Python role. Generic prep fails both.
📊
No measurable progress
Candidates have no idea if they're improving. There's no score, no feedback, no data — just hope.
The Interview Pack.
Both sides of the table.
For 25 years, interview prep has only ever served the candidate. Nobody has ever thought about the interviewer — who is just as unprepared, just as scrambled, and just as in need of help. The Interview Pack fixes both sides of the same conversation.
For the Candidate

Same job spec.
The candidate uploads it. The interviewer uploads it. The AI produces completely different outputs for each.
Sold twice.
The same document monetised on both sides of the interview table. No other product in the world does this.
Every day.
Millions of interviews happen globally every single day. Every one of them needs both a candidate pack and an interviewer pack.
Not just job interviews.
Every high-stakes interview in the world.
Explain started with career interviews. Then we realised — the terror of walking into a room unprepared isn't unique to job seekers. It's universal. Visa applicants. Driving theory candidates. University hopefuls. Citizenship seekers. The product is the same. The stakes are just as high. Here's who this is really for.
🎓
The First-Timer
16 years old. First ever job interview — McDonald's, Tesco, a local café. Never been in that situation before. Terrified. Explain makes the first interview feel like the tenth. £4.99 CV Interrogation Pass. Job done.
🏥
The Medical Graduate
Foundation Programme interview. One shot. Years of study, one conversation that shapes an entire career. Explain builds a panel of consultants and grills them on clinical scenarios, ethics, and situational judgement — before the real panel does.
💼
The Graduate
First "proper" job. Doesn't know what to wear, let alone what to say. Uploads the job spec at midnight. Explain finds the gaps at 11pm — not 9am. Walks in the next morning like they've done this before.
🔄
The Career Changer
Moving from one industry to another. The skills transfer — but how do you explain that convincingly in 60 seconds? Explain stress-tests that story until it lands every time.
📋
The Redundant Professional
50 years old. Made redundant after 20 years. Hasn't interviewed since 2004. Paralysed by the thought of it. Explain rebuilds interview confidence one session at a time — privately, safely, at their own pace.
🌍
The International Candidate
English is perfect. Interview manner is calibrated to a different culture. Explain teaches not just what to say — but how to say it. Tone, pacing, filler words, confidence. The full picture.
🏛️
The University Applicant
Oxford. Cambridge. Imperial. Medicine. Law. Every competitive university programme ends with an interview. Explain is the only tool that actually simulates that panel — and tells you honestly how you did.
📈
The Ambitious Climber
Already employed. Eyeing a promotion or a senior role elsewhere. Doesn't want anyone at work to know they're looking. Explain is completely private prep — no agency, no coach, no awkward conversations.
🐾
Everyone Else
Dog walkers. Retail managers. Chefs. Solicitors. Nurses. Architects. Pilots. If there's a job spec and an interview at the end — Explain builds the prep. Every industry. Every level. Every role.
Coming · Beyond Job Interviews
🛂
Visa Interviews COMING
US Green Card. UK Skilled Worker. Canadian PR. Australian points-based. Schengen. The most life-changing interview most people will ever face — and right now they prepare by Googling. Explain builds them an immigration officer panel and drills every question until they're ready. Millions of applicants globally. Every single year.
🚗
Driving Theory COMING
UK Theory Test. US Written Exam. European driving licences. The MCQ engine we've already built — applied to hazard perception, highway code, and road law. Timed. Pressured. Scored. Exactly how the real test feels. A market of 600,000+ UK test-takers every year alone.
🏛️
Citizenship Tests COMING
Life in the UK. US Naturalization. Canadian citizenship. For millions of immigrants, this is the final gate — years of building a life, one test standing between them and belonging. Explain makes sure they walk in ready.
⚕️
Medical Licensing COMING
PLAB. GMC registration interviews. Foundation Programme. Specialty training applications. International medical graduates face some of the most gruelling verbal assessments in any profession. Explain becomes their clinical panel — before the real one.
👮
Civil Service & Police COMING
Police officer selection. Civil Service Fast Stream. Armed forces interviews. These are structured competency-based interviews with strict scoring frameworks — exactly what Explain is built to simulate and coach.
📊
Financial Licensing COMING
CFA. FCA regulatory interviews. Series 7. IMC. Financial professionals face verbal regulatory assessments that combine technical knowledge with articulate explanation under pressure. That is precisely what Explain trains.
This is no longer an interview prep app.
It is the world's interview engine. Every high-stakes verbal assessment, in every industry, in every country. The same product. The same terror. The same fix.
Four layers. One complete system.
Explain is built in three layers that work independently and compound together. Each layer adds value on its own. Together they create something nobody else has.
01
The Candidate App
Speak. Get scored. Get better. Repeat.
A candidate picks a subject — "Tell me about microservices" or "Explain your biggest career mistake" — and speaks for 60–120 seconds. AI scores their explanation across five dimensions in real time. Their history tracks improvement across every session.
  • AI-generated lesson on any subject — understand before you explain
  • Timed talk session with transcription
  • Scored on Clarity, Confidence, Depth, Accuracy, Structure (0–100)
  • Full AI coaching feedback after every session
  • Session history with improvement trends over time
On content accuracy: AI-generated lessons carry hallucination risk — a wrong technical lesson in interview prep does real damage at the worst possible moment. Grounding lesson content against verified sources is a near-term engineering priority, particularly as we move into B2B where recruiter trust in our scores is the whole product.

02
Job Spec Upload
Upload the actual job description. Get prep built for that exact role.
The candidate or recruiter uploads the real job specification. AI reads the requirements — tech stack, seniority, domain — and generates targeted interview questions and subject material specific to that role. A £600k quant-developer role in New York gets completely different prep to a £80k React developer role in Manchester.
  • Upload PDF or paste job description
  • Review & edit the extracted spec before generating — add skills, context, or emphasis (e.g. "add SCRUM, Azure, stakeholder management")
  • AI extracts role requirements, seniority, domain, tech stack
  • Generates 10–20 targeted practice questions
  • Creates subject lessons for each key area
  • Works across every industry and seniority level

03
The Candidate Portal
A simulated panel interview. On your screen. Before the real one.
The desktop experience that sets Explain apart. A candidate sits at their computer and runs a simulated panel interview — built from the actual job spec, with realistic panel characters, real pressure, and spoken answers. This is practice, but practice so close to the real thing that when the actual interview comes, it already feels familiar. The AI coaches in the background, scores every answer, and delivers a full debrief the moment the session ends. You are in control the whole time. Nothing else on the market does this.
  • Zoom-style panel simulator — realistic characters, real pressure, fully in your control
  • Questions generated from the uploaded job spec
  • Live filler word detection ("um", "uh", "like", "basically")
  • Real-time confidence meter updated after each answer
  • Full 5-dimension scoring — Clarity, Confidence, Depth, Accuracy, Structure
  • Post-interview debrief with per-question breakdown
  • Desktop-first — built for the environment where interviews actually happen

The Recruiter Portal
Recruiters send prep. Candidates arrive ready. Everyone wins.
A recruitment firm logs into their portal, uploads a job spec, and assigns a tailored interview prep package to a candidate. The candidate gets a notification, completes the sessions, and the recruiter sees their readiness scores before the interview. This is the B2B product that no recruitment software has ever thought to build.
  • Recruiter dashboard — manage candidates and live roles
  • Upload job spec → assign prep to candidate in 2 clicks
  • Candidate gets push notification with their prep package
  • Recruiter sees candidate's practice scores and filler word trends
  • Billed per candidate prep or monthly subscription per recruiter seat
B2B · Recruiter Platform
Candidate Privacy — A Key Design Principle
Practice privately. Submit only when you're ready.
Nobody wants their recruiter seeing their first attempt at explaining microservices at 11pm. Candidates can practice as many times as they like — all sessions are private by default. Only when they're happy with a run do they tap Submit This Attempt — and only that score reaches the recruiter. Nothing else.
🔒
Private Practice
Unlimited attempts, fully private. Only the candidate sees their scores.
Submit When Ready
Candidate chooses which attempt to share. One tap sends their best score.
📊
Recruiter Sees Best
Recruiters only ever see submitted scores — the candidate's genuine best.
The most valuable recruitment dataset ever built.
Because Explain scores every candidate, for every role, on the same five dimensions — it becomes something no recruiter, no platform, and no AI tool has ever had: a real-time, comparable benchmark across every interview happening right now. That data changes everything.
Comparative Insight · For Candidates
"Why didn't I get the job?"
For the first time in history, a candidate can be told exactly why someone else got the role — not vague HR speak, but real dimensional data.

"You scored 71 on Technical Depth. The hired candidate scored 89. Their edge was .NET 10 and system design questions."

No recruiter has ever been able to give feedback this honest. They didn't have the data. Explain does.
Percentile Benchmarking · For Candidates
Where do you actually rank?
With thousands of scored interviews across every role type, Explain can tell any candidate exactly where they sit in the global talent pool.

"You're in the 68th percentile of all Senior .NET Developer candidates on Explain. Your strongest dimension is Clarity. Your gap is Depth."

This is what the company was always building toward. Percentile. One.
Recruiter Ranking View · For Recruiters
10 candidates. Ranked. On Tuesday.
A recruiter posts a Senior .NET Developer role. Ten candidates complete their Explain interview. The recruiter opens a dashboard — every candidate ranked, scored, and compared side by side. Click any name to watch their full recorded session.

Weeks of phone screens, CV sifts, and first-round interviews — compressed into a single afternoon. This is what hiring looks like when the data exists.
The Shareable Interview · For Everyone
Your interview. As a portfolio piece.
A candidate completes their Explain panel interview, hits share, and sends a link. The employer watches a full 20-minute interview before they've even picked up the phone.

Some employers will shortlist directly from it. Some will hire. The CV becomes secondary. The first-round interview call becomes optional.

Nobody has built the shareable interview. Until now.
The strategic moat
Every interview scored on Explain makes the benchmarks more accurate. More accurate benchmarks make the product more valuable. More value attracts more users. More users generate more data. The moat widens automatically — and no competitor can replicate it without starting from zero.
Not a practice tool.
As close to the real thing as you're going to get.
The candidate runs a simulated panel interview — each panel character has a name, a role, and a personality. One evaluates. One deep-dives. One challenges everything. This isn't a company screening you. This is you, on your terms, practising until it feels second nature. Spoken answers, real pressure, immediate scoring — and repeatable as many times as needed until you're ready.
"The hardest interview you'll ever take.
On purpose."
If you pass here, you'll pass out there.

🔬
The Differentiator
Filler Word Intelligence — woven into job-spec prep and the recruiter loop.
Interviewers notice filler words. Candidates don't know they're using them. After every session, Explain analyses the full transcript for filler words, filler phrases, pacing, pauses, repetition and vocabulary richness. Across multiple sessions, it tracks whether they're improving — or getting worse under pressure. This is the data that changes behaviour. Nobody forgets their score the first time they see "basically × 18."
On the competitive landscape: Yoodli (well-funded, US) does filler-word analysis and speech coaching well. Google's Interview Warmup exists too. Neither has a recruiter workflow, job-spec-tailored content, or a learning engine underneath. Our moat is the combination — nobody else closes the loop from job spec → tailored prep → candidate practice → recruiter readiness scores. That's what makes this a platform, not a feature.

This isn't a new idea.
The research has known it for decades.
The learning science behind Explain is not a hypothesis. It is one of the most replicated findings in cognitive psychology. The method has a name — retrieval practice — and the evidence for it is overwhelming. We just built a product around it.
The problem with traditional studying
"Rereading feels effective because the second encounter is easier than the first. The sentences move faster. Technical terms look familiar. The argument seems obvious. We interpret that smoothness as evidence that the information has entered memory. Often, the source is doing more of the work than we realise."
Familiarity is easily mistaken for knowledge. Highlighting, rereading, and note-taking all create the feeling of learning without producing durable memory. Research reviews have consistently found these techniques produce weaker long-term results than retrieval practice.
Dunlosky et al. (2013) · Bjork, Dunlosky & Kornell (2013) · Soderstrom & Bjork (2015)
What actually works — and why Explain is built on it
"A note proves that you encountered an idea. It does not prove that you can explain it independently."
Retrieval practice — the act of recalling and explaining information from memory, without the source — consistently produces stronger long-term retention than any passive study method. The more effortful the recall, the stronger the memory trace. Explain makes this the entire product: read, close the source, speak it out loud, get scored.
Karpicke & Blunt (2011) · Roediger & Karpicke (2006) · Cepeda et al. (2006)
The Feynman Technique
"What I cannot create, I do not understand." If you can explain a concept clearly in plain language — without jargon, without notes — you understand it. If your explanation becomes vague or circular, you've found the gap. Explain surfaces that gap in real time.
Spaced Repetition
Distributing practice across sessions produces stronger retention than massed study. The optimal moment to review is just as forgetting begins — when the path through the grass has faded but not disappeared. Explain's session history and retry mechanic is built on this principle.
The Generation Effect
Information you generate yourself is remembered better than information you passively receive. Speaking an answer out loud — under time pressure, scored in real time — is the highest-effort form of generation. That effort is precisely what makes it stick.
"Studying covers material. Learning leaves something behind."

Not just scored. Coached.
Like a personal interview trainer in your pocket.
Scoring tells you what happened. Coaching tells you what to do about it. After every session, Explain's AI coach delivers personalised, actionable feedback — the kind that used to cost hundreds of pounds an hour from a human career coach. And it knows the difference between a technical interview, a competency interview, and a senior leadership assessment.
🎯
Competency-Based Interview Coaching
The STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) is the gold standard for civil service, NHS, graduate schemes and corporate roles. Explain coaches candidates on structuring answers, choosing the right stories from their experience, and delivering them fluently under pressure — not just knowing the framework, but owning it.
💬
The Personal Questions Most People Fail
"Tell me about yourself." "What's your biggest weakness?" "Where do you see yourself in five years?" These questions trip up even the most technically brilliant candidates. Explain coaches the personal narrative — how to tell your story authentically, how to frame weaknesses as growth, how to sell ambition without arrogance.
🧠
Technical Explanation Coaching
For technical roles, being right isn't enough — you have to explain it clearly to a non-technical panel. Explain coaches candidates on layering technical depth: the simple answer first, the detail on request, the analogy that lands with a business stakeholder. The skill that separates senior engineers from junior ones.
📈
Personalised to Your Weak Points
After each session, the AI identifies your specific patterns — too many fillers, answers that trail off, missing the Action in your STAR answers, vocabulary that's too informal. Coaching targets exactly what that individual needs to fix, not generic advice that applies to everyone and helps no one.
Why Local Government & Public Sector Love This
Competency-based interviewing is mandatory across the entire UK public sector. Every council, every NHS trust, every civil service department runs structured STAR interviews — and spends significant budget on coaching candidates through them. Explain delivers that coaching at scale, consistently, measurably, and at a fraction of the cost. This is exactly what employability teams, careers services and HR departments have been waiting for.
Learn anything. By explaining it.
Before we built the interview prep wedge, we built something deeper — a universal learning engine. The same mechanic that makes you interview-ready makes you genuinely smarter about any subject. This is the B2C long game: millions of curious people who want to actually understand things, not just pass tests.

A hidden trust signal — for every candidate
"If a recruiter sent you here, the role is real."
Fake job postings are one of the most damaging problems in recruitment — roles that exist only to harvest CVs, with no intention of hiring. Candidates waste hours applying, preparing, and waiting for calls that never come.

Explain eliminates this by design. A recruiter is billed per job spec uploaded, per candidate assigned, per seat used. Nobody pays to run fake prep on a ghost role. The moment a recruiter commissions an Explain interview package, the candidate knows something no job board can ever tell them: this vacancy is real, this company is serious, and someone is invested in them getting the role.
Private Sector · Recruitment Firms
Every recruitment firm in the country has this problem. None of them have this solution.
Recruitment firms already invest heavily in candidate preparation — CV coaching, interview briefings, feedback calls. Explain gives them a tool to do this at scale, with data. A recruiter can prep 50 candidates simultaneously, see who's ready and who isn't, and walk into client presentations with confidence.

The Recruiter's Secret Weapon
Likely Pass % — Know who to put forward before you make the call.
A recruiter's reputation lives or dies on the quality of candidates they put forward. Right now, Mike Petrie — and every recruiter like him — has to make that call on gut feel. Explain changes that. After a candidate completes their screening pack, the AI generates a Likely Pass % — a single readiness score built from explanation quality, filler trends, answer structure, confidence trajectory, and how well their responses match the job spec. Mike sees the number before he picks up the phone to the client.

"Stop guessing which candidates to put forward. Let the data tell you." — This is the line that sells Explain to every recruitment firm in the country.
Public Sector · Government & NHS — TAM Story
The UK's largest employer. Millions of competency-based interviews. Every single year.
Every civil service job, NHS role, local council position and government graduate scheme uses structured competency interviews — the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). These are the hardest interviews to prepare for because the format is rigid, the scoring is strict, and the answers must be delivered fluently under pressure. Explain is built for exactly this. A government department could license Explain for every applicant to every role — at scale no private recruiter can match.
Sequencing note: UK public procurement runs 12–24 months. This is the right TAM story for year 2–3, not year 1. The path is: private recruiters first → universities and bootcamps → government once we have the case studies and placement data that procurement panels require. We sequence like a one-person team — because right now, we are.

Every graduate is terrified of their first real interview. Explain gives them something to practice with — and a score to prove they're ready.
Universities spend millions on careers services. Coding bootcamps charge £10,000+ and promise job outcomes. Neither gives graduates a way to actually practice explaining themselves under pressure. Your CV makes promises.
We make sure you can keep them.
Everyone exaggerates their CV. It's practically a sport. "Worked with Kubernetes" could mean anything from architecting a production cluster to once seeing the word on a colleague's screen. Explain reads the CV, finds every claim, and builds the exact questions a sharp interviewer — or a sharp recruiter — would ask. Before the room does.
Mode 1 · Candidate
Stress-test your own CV before the interview does.
Upload your CV. Explain generates 10–50 questions based entirely on what you've claimed — every role, every technology, every achievement. Answer them out loud. Find out where your gaps are before you're sitting in a glass-walled office trying to remember what you actually did at Barclays.
"You list Windows Azure at 14 months. Walk me through what you specifically built, and what you'd do differently today."
Mode 2 · Recruiter · Automated Due Diligence
Know if they're worth calling. Before you call.
Right now, Mike's day looks like this: find CV → gut check → call candidate → hope for the best → put them in front of the client → pray. With Explain, he uploads the CV and the job spec before he picks up the phone. In 30 seconds he knows exactly where the candidate's claims don't match the role requirements — and has 15 sharp, generated questions ready to ask on the call.

His junior staff stop being a liability. They walk into every call sounding like a 20-year veteran. Mike stops being the bottleneck in his own business. And the candidates who've been blagging their way through screens for years? Caught. Before the client ever sees them.
"Your CV looks great for this .NET role — but before I put you forward, walk me through what you specifically built on Azure. The client will ask."
Mode 3 · CV + Job Spec Combined
The exact interview mix. Before the exact interview.
Upload both a CV and a job spec together. Explain generates a blended interview — role questions based on what the employer needs, CV questions based on what the candidate claimed. This is exactly what real interviews look like. Candidates who prepare this way walk in having already faced their hardest questions.
"The role requires Kubernetes orchestration at scale. Your CV mentions Kubernetes in passing. Tell me specifically what you did with it."
🎯
The uncomfortable truth this feature exposes
Every CV is a version of the truth. Candidates stretch dates, inflate titles, claim tools they've Googled once. Recruiters put people in front of clients who collapse under questioning. Clients waste half-days interviewing people who shouldn't be there. Explain fixes this at every stage of the pipeline — and the candidate who uses it to prepare is the one who deserves to win the role. LinkedIn has built an industry on CV advice. We're about to make the CV itself accountable.
The most important interview
most people will ever face.
A job interview costs you a role. A visa interview can cost you a life you've spent years building. Millions of people go through this process every year — and most prepare by Googling "common visa interview questions" and hoping for the best. Explain changes that completely.

Explain already knows your visa type, nationality, purpose, and documents. It generates your cover letter, invitation letter, or explanation letter — specific, correct, approved-tone. First time. Copilot refuses to do this. ChatGPT gets nervous. Explain does it — because this is exactly what it's built for.
"If you fail, you cannot reapply for 6 months."
— Printed on the application form. Every time.
6 months is a wedding missed. A job gone. A family reunion that doesn't happen. A life on hold. And the system remembers the refusal — making every subsequent application harder. There is no equal second chance.

For £9.99, Explain gives you the best possible shot at getting it right the first time. That's not a purchase. That's insurance.
The question that has denied millions of people
"You have a wife and two children at home. What guarantees do you have that you will return after your visa expires?"
Most people answer this badly without knowing it. Explain coaches the exact response: "My family, my home and my business are there — my life is there. This visa is for a specific professional opportunity with a defined end date."
The advertising revenue layer
A candidate completing visa interview prep on Explain is the most qualified immigration lawyer lead in the world — actively going through the process right now. Law firms pay £50–200 per qualified referral. The same model applies across every vertical: driving instructors, recruitment agencies, university admissions consultants, financial advisors. Explain becomes the referral engine for an entire ecosystem of professional services.
The market size
The UK alone processes 3 million+ visa applications per year. Globally it is tens of millions. Add citizenship tests, driving theory, medical licensing, civil service — and the total addressable market dwarfs job interviews entirely. This was always bigger than recruitment.
The market is bigger than interviews.

Exceptional margins.
That get better as AI improves.
This is the part that surprises people. The cost of delivering Explain to one user for an entire month is less than a cup of coffee. The revenue per user is not. At scale, this is one of the highest-margin software businesses possible — and the margins grow automatically as AI models get cheaper.

The compounding advantage: As AI models improve and get cheaper — which they do every 12–18 months — our margins grow automatically without us changing a single line of code. The better the AI gets, the more profitable we become.
A note on true unit economics: These margins reflect AI inference cost only. The primary cost of scaling this business is customer acquisition — not compute. The recruiter portal is the structural answer to this: when a recruiter assigns Explain to 20 candidates, we acquire 20 users at near-zero marginal CAC. B2B distribution makes the consumer economics work.
Four revenue streams.
Each one self-sustaining.
Consumer subscriptions fund the infrastructure. One-off passes convert the hesitant. B2B contracts fund the growth. And agency deals — at £50–75 per candidate prep — are the money spinner that makes everything else look like a warm-up act.

I've been that candidate.
That's why I built this.
I've postponed interviews. Not because I wasn't good enough — but because the nerves got there first. You lie awake the night before running through answers in your head. You travel to London. You sit in a glass-walled office. You shake hands with three people whose names you immediately forget. And then you spend forty minutes trying to sound calm while you're quietly trying to remember what REST means.
And the worst part isn't the interview. It's the silence after. If it went well, the agency calls before you've left the building. If it didn't — they never answer again. No feedback. No explanation. Just a ghost. You're left wondering whether it was your answers, your nerves, your accent, or just the other guy who happened to know .NET 10 better than you did that morning.
I kept thinking: what if I could do the interview somewhere I felt safe first? Not a fake mock. The real thing — panel, pressure, questions from the actual job spec — but in my own space, at my own pace, until I felt ready. And then, what if I could just send them that? My best run. Not me at 9am on a Tuesday, nervous in a glass-walled office. Me, prepared, confident, at my absolute best.
That's Explain. And it goes further than I ever imagined — because when you score everyone interviewing for the same role on the same dimensions, you finally have the data to answer the question nobody has ever been able to answer honestly: why did the other person get the job? Not vague. Not polite. Actual data. "They scored 18 points higher on Technical Depth. Their edge was system design." That feedback alone would have changed the trajectory of my career.
I'm building this on dialysis — three days a week, four hours at a time — because I know how much it matters. Every person who walks into an interview underprepared, undersupported, and underestimated is someone I understand. This platform is for them.
"We're not building another language app, another flashcard tool, or another mock interview simulator. We're building the first product that treats spoken explanation as a skill — measurable, trainable, and worth paying for. The person who can explain anything clearly, confidently and without filler has an unfair advantage in every room they walk into. Explain gives everyone that advantage."
From the desk of the founder. Built on dialysis, with conviction, for the millions of people who deserve to walk into that room ready.
